RNB Leadership Consulting was built from a simple belief: strong organizations are created by strong leadership, clear structure, and people who know how to work well together.
I’ve spent my career in the middle of complex environments, leading teams, building programs, and working across corporate, nonprofit, and community spaces. Over time, I saw the same challenges show up again and again. Organizations with a strong mission, but not always the structure to support it. Teams full of talented people, but not always aligned. Leaders with vision, but no clear path to execution.
That’s where I come in.
Through a combination of leadership development, facilitation, and social impact strategy, I help organizations move from ideas to clarity and from intention to execution. Whether I’m designing and leading a workshop, advising on nonprofit or foundation development, or supporting broader organizational strategy, the focus is always the same: build something that works and can last.
My background includes leading national community engagement efforts, managing large teams and multi-million-dollar budgets, and building partnerships across corporate and nonprofit stakeholders. I also serve in nonprofit leadership, which keeps me close to the realities organizations are navigating every day.
