Founded by Renata N. Bass — a social impact consultant, nonprofit board leader, engaging keynote speaker, and workforce strategist — Renata brings more than 15 years of experience in organizational development, leadership readiness, and community-centered strategy. Renata’s background equips her with a rare cross-sector perspective: one that blends technical foundation-building expertise with a deep understanding of people, culture, and long-term impact.
